Even the founder sees nothing
At KonsultIA.be, privacy isn't a marketing claim — it's architecture. The founder himself has no access to the content of your conversations. The screenshots below, taken directly from the admin panel, prove it: only technical identifiers are visible, never the content of your messages.

Zero content access
No employee, administrator, or even the founder can read the content of your conversations. Data is structured so that only your account has access.
End-to-end encryption
Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Even with physical access to the servers, your conversations remain unreadable.
Data isolation
Each user has an isolated space. Row Level Security (RLS) policies ensure that one user can never access another's data.
Data hosted in Europe
Your personal data and conversations are stored on European servers, in compliance with GDPR. AI processing is handled by a secure third-party provider bound by strict confidentiality commitments.

4 guarantees ChatGPT doesn't give
Control over your conversations stays in your hands. No box to tick, no opt-out: these rules are the default for every KonsultIA account.
Never used for AI training
Your conversations are not used to train any model. Ever. Prompts are processed by our AI provider under API contract — no retention, no reuse.
Configurable retention
You pick the duration: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or 10 years for legal obligations. After that, everything is automatically deleted every night.
One-click erase
A button in your dashboard instantly wipes your entire conversation history. No support ticket, no delay.
Confidential mode
For the most sensitive cases (lawyer client file, critical HR case, patient), turn on confidential mode: the conversation stays in memory only and disappears on tab close.
The mode your professional order will love. Your conversations do not train any AI model. You choose their retention (7 days to 10 years). You can erase everything in 1 click. And for the most sensitive cases, a confidential mode keeps them in memory only — no trace in the database.
